Kit includes 3 foot heart frame on a stand, all hardware, base, and instructions. Add more base for greater stability, if necessary. This frame is a perfect background all year round. We recommend laying out the parts on the floor befor assembly.
Each arch uses approximately 400 - 5 inch latex balloons (not included). Some assembly required.
